E-Sign & Electronic Communications Notice

1. Introduction

These E-Sign Consent Terms ("Consent") apply to all electronic transactions, agreements, disclosures, notices, and other communications (collectively, "Electronic Communications") between you and KAST ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of our website, App, services, and any related products. By providing your consent, you agree that Electronic Communications will have the same legal effect as paper-based documents.

2. Consent to Electronic Communications

By accepting this Consent, you agree that:

• All Electronic Communications we provide to you satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
• You consent to electronically sign documents and receive disclosures, agreements, notices, and other information electronically.
• Your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.

3. Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain Electronic Communications, you must have:

• A current version of a web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
• Software capable of opening and viewing PDF documents (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader).

• Sufficient storage or printing capability to retain records.

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at support@kastcard.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in termination of your access to certain services, as some transactions require electronic delivery.

You agree to keep your email address and other contact information up to date. You can update your information by contacting us at support@kastcard.com. 

6. Requesting Paper Copies

You may make copies of the Electronic Communications by using the "print" or "save" functionality of the application in which you are viewing the Electronic Communications (e.g. Web browser, Adobe® Reader® software). We retain copies of the Electronic Communications for the time periods required by law and will provide you with copies upon request within those time periods. We do not necessarily retain copies for longer than is required by law. Save or print copies of Electronic Communications to ensure you have them when needed.

If you require a paper copy of any Electronic Communication, you may request one by contacting us at support@kastcard.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies unless prohibited by law.

7. Acceptance of Consent

By clicking "I Agree," checking a box, or otherwise electronically accepting this Consent, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understand this Consent.
• Agree to receive Electronic Communications.
• Meet the system requirements listed above.
