The Role
We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to spearhead the design, execution, and optimization of our growth and affiliate programs. This role is ideal for a data-driven, process-oriented operator who understands performance marketing, affiliate management, and scalable growth strategies. You will play a crucial role in expanding KAST’s reach by optimizing growth channels and driving user acquisition
What You'll Do
- Growth Strategy Execution: Implement and optimize data-driven growth strategies across various channels, including partnerships, referrals, and incentive programs.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop systems and processes that enable seamless execution of marketing campaigns, affiliate tracking, and performance analysis.
- Channel Performance Measurement: Bring together all of the various marketing channels and standardise and report the success of each, using 3rd party applications to gain relevant insights on things like affiliate performance.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, provide insights, and refine growth initiatives based on data-driven decisions
- Affiliate Program Architecture: Iterate, and scale an affiliate program to drive customer acquisition and retention. Develop tracking mechanisms, optimize incentive structures, and build strong relationships with key affiliates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of growth initiatives across the company.
- Market Research & Experimentation: Identify new opportunities for user acquisition and retention through market analysis and A/B testing.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or operations roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, or payments.
- Proven track record of designing and managing successful affiliate programs that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data tools relevant to a consumer finance application
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Experience working with multiple marketing systems and tools, and implementing best-practice marketing analytics in a B2C fintech environment.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Passion for crypto, payments, and the future of financial infrastructure.
