No. This is a billing-only arrangement. Your technical configuration, console access, and existing support agreements with the Cloud Provider remain unchanged. We do not provide technical support or managed services; we simply act as the financial intermediary to facilitate a more favourable pricing structure.

There is no technical migration, no data transfer, and zero downtime. We initiate a billing entity change through the Cloud Provider's portal. You continue to use your existing accounts and tools; the only difference is that the invoices are routed through us to apply your discount.

Your discount is applied directly to the list price of your cloud consumption. You receive a consolidated monthly invoice from us that reflects your total usage across all accounts, with the agreed-upon discount already deducted. This eliminates the need to manage multiple billing accounts or complex provider statements.

All existing financial commitments, Reserved Instances (RIs), and Savings Plans move with you. The billing transfer preserves your current discount structures. Our role is to ensure these commitments are recognised under the new billing entity, so you maintain your existing coverage while layering on our additional program discount.

No. Because this is strictly a financial facility, KAST has no access to your cloud environment, data, or internal workloads. Our visibility is limited to the consumption and usage metadata required to generate your invoice. Your security posture and data sovereignty remain entirely under your control.

Zero. The transition is purely administrative and happens at the billing layer of the Cloud Provider. Your instances, databases, and applications remain online and unaffected throughout the process. No technical change or configuration reset is required.

We support both traditional and digital payment rails. Invoices can be settled in FIAT (USD) via standard bank transfer or paid directly to our Stablecoin wallet. This provides flexibility for companies looking to manage their infrastructure costs using on-chain liquidity.

To activate the program, we require two sets of documentation: proof of business (such as a company registration certificate) and your last three months of invoices from your Cloud Provider. This allows us to verify your business entity and accurately calculate your baseline consumption to apply the appropriate discount structure.

No. This is a standalone commercial facility. You do not need to be an existing customer or use any other KAST products to qualify for the cloud resell discount. The program is available to any business that meets the standard onboarding requirements.
